I will comply with all applicable laws and regulations to prevent misconduct, including drunk driving, the acceptance of money, gifts or entertainment, embezzlement or misappropriation of company funds, sexual violence, prostitution, and sexual harassment.
I will neither accept nor make any improper solicitation on behalf of others, and I will not accept any money, gifts, or other benefits that could raise doubts about the fairness or integrity of my performance of duties.
In performing my duties, I will comply with all applicable laws, policies, and procedures and will not issue improper work instructions.
If I become aware of any misconduct or irregularities within the organization, I will report them to the company without hesitation.
I will thoroughly understand and comply with the Act on the Prohibition of Improper Solicitation and Acceptance of Money, Gifts, etc.
I pledge to actively participate in and practice efforts to enhance the company’s integrity, and to promote these principles to external organizations, including business partners and affiliated companies.
